We specialize in high-scoring washed, naturals, & special preps.

We selectively work across 6–8 cooperatives, private producers/exporters with their own purchasing points, & single farmer programs all focusing on high-quality coffees. We have an office, cupping lab, & experienced buyer following our coffees throughout the supply chain, ensuring that what you cup is what lands at your destination. We manage field visits, oversee milling & sample collection, monitor export prep, & maintain logistics. Follow-ups are done on a weekly basis with producers, warehousing, & transport.

Exclusive processing & varieties

CATTLEYA

Cattleya is named after Colombia’s national flower, the orchid, known for its beauty and complexity, just like the coffees in this category. These rare microlots are floral, vibrant, and ideal for special releases or a rarities menu. Scoring 87+, Cattleya lots feature distinct varietal expression from Java, Gesha, SL-28, and more. Expect tasting notes like jasmine, florals, and green tea. We source these coffees across Huila, Nariño, and Antioquia, in a range of processes, with a focus on clarity and character. Available in customizable vacuum boxes or jute with GrainPro.

FRUTOS ROJOS

Frutos Rojos means “red fruit” — and that’s exactly what you can expect from this flavour category: winey profiles with notes of berries and cacao nibs. These are expressive, sometimes funky coffees, ranging from single-farmer lots to traceable blends. We source Naturals, Anaerobic Fermentations, and Extended Fermentations primarily from Huila and Antioquia.
