We actively seek out new producers or explore opportunities with existing partners to develop innovative products & identify quality potential.

Assessment

Through sampling their coffees, we gain insights into their flavour profiles, business models, & the unique value they bring to our relationship. We conduct thorough visits to their facilities, diving into their supply chain practices & conducting comprehensive cupping sessions to evaluate a broad range of their products.

Establish Partnership

We initially will buy coffee in smaller volumes to further understand the market viability. We conduct annual visits & audits, following up on deliverables, speed, & stability in order to reassess the partnership. We also assess & address social, environmental, & economic aspects of their supply chain to ensure alignment with our values and goals.

Increase volumes if assessment results meet our standards, and continue to invest year after year.
