According to the sensory lexicon, “Floral” is the sweet, light, slightly fragrant aromatic associated with fresh flowers. In addition to floral, we also have the ‘official’ tasting notes rose, tea rose, orange blossom, coffee blossom, jasmine, chamomile, lavender and hibiscus.

Here at Nordic Approach we also like to use the tasting notes “elderflower” and “violet”, common flowers found in nordic gardens, and often foraged in the wild.
